South Manchester Credit Union has achieved spectacular feedback from its members and now boasts over 600 five-star reviews on Google, meaning 13% of the membership have taken the time to show their appreciation.
Not only does the community-based credit union have an incredible number of these top-rated reviews, five stars is the only number of stars South Manchester has received, making its service truly excellent. The credit union has noted that for many it is the first review the individual has left for any organisation, and they are heart-warmed by the kind words which accompany many of the ratings.
South Manchester’s CEO, Sheenagh Young, said “This milestone means a lot to us here at South Manchester Credit Union. As a member owned co-operative, the views of our members really matter to us as we are here to serve their financial needs. Hearing their positive feedback in their own words is instructive and also attractive to other local people looking to find out more about what a credit union can do for them.”
Amongst the praise the credit union received, the South Manchester team identified some favourites; which are the “credit union is a life line”, “absolutely fantastic service”, and “outstanding staff”. The team said that this feedback boosts their motivation, and they enjoy seeing how their work benefits the local community.
