The Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award 2022 has been awarded to Serve and Protect Credit Union for its dedication as a company to providing the highest tier of customer service to its members every year.
Amy Shippley, Finance and Operations Manager at Serve and Protect Credit Union, expressed her gratitude by saying: “We are delighted to have been awarded the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award 2022, as recognition for the hard work our team puts in every day to ensure our members are satisfied with every point of contact. Delivering a high standard of service is built into the processes that we have developed at Serve and Protect CU.”
This is the most prestigious annual award that is available from Feefo, awarding companies with three years of consistent service excellence with the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award, its most prestigious recognition.
“These processes have proven that we are able to provide efficient service, while also showing a high degree of understanding, empathy and displaying a genuine level of care and commitment to our members and their financial resilience,” Amy added. “We will continue to uphold the strong customer service principles that have enabled us to achieve this recognition, building strong rapports with our members throughout their service careers and beyond.”
