Entering a new digital age with the restrictions of the Covid-19 pandemic, Pentecostal Credit Union (PCU) in association with the Caribbean Stem Coaching Club and FutureThink, is launching a digital learning hub to upskill its members through a range of digital development courses.
Following PCU’s ‘Recession and Black Communities in the UK’ event last summer, which welcomed Economic Secretary to the Treasury, John Glen MP, PCU believed that the COVID 19 economic recovery would be a digital one and there is a demand for its members and communities to be upskilled and thrive in a new digital era.
FutureThink is an award-winning accelerated learning company. Its accelerated, flexible learning solutions engage teams, help build business faster and create a culture of collaboration from anywhere. In-person or online, the courses eliminate unnecessary work that holds people back and gives teams simple ways to solve complex problems.
“We have teamed up with Future Think and The Caribbean Stem Coaching Club to host a Learning Hub at PCU to not only support our members and the wider community to access the many courses out there but most importantly to support their digital learning journey,” says Marketing and Communications Manager at PCU, Elaine Bowes. “The digital ‘noise’ can be overwhelming, and we know that learning together is the most effective way of achieving your educational goals in a challenging environment.”
