The Pentecostal Credit Union (PCU) has launched a new member service, GiftBOX targeting the millennial market, to provide tailored services such as money masterclasses and entrepreneurial development programmes designed to help people borrow, save and learn sustainably.

Initially open to 100 individuals, GiftBOX members will not only be members, but will also be invited to collaborate, co-create and contribute to the shaping of GiftBOX as it grows and opens wider to the millennial market in the not too distant future.

Members will also receive exclusive networking opportunities with access to the Giftbox Leadership team and high-profile ambassadors as well as hands-on involvement in its yearly nominated philanthropic giveback programs.

CEO of Pentecostal Credit Union, Shane Bowes expresses his enthusiasm about the launch of GiftBOX saying: “I truly believe GiftBOX will open up the benefits of community banking to millennials in a new, exciting and relevant manner. The current wealth gap figures show that for every £100 a White family has, Black-Caribbean families have £12 and Black-African families have £10. Building wealth and improving the economic prospects of communities, and churches across the GB remains a key objective of the PCU. We can’t wait to make this impact on the upcoming generation. ”
