Knowsley Mutual Credit Union Joins ABCUL

ABCUL is pleased to welcome Knowsley Mutual Credit Union as the newest member of the Association.

Serving communities across Knowsley, Liverpool, Sefton, and West Lancashire, the credit union supports its members with ethical savings and affordable loans. With a 4600+ membership, holding £2m+ in savings and £2m+ in loans, Knowsley plays a vital role in promoting financial wellbeing across the region.

CEO of Knowsley Mutual Credit Union, Paul Cope, said: “We are excited to rejoin ABCUL, and one major deciding factor was the quality of training available in the ABCUL Academy that our staff and Board members can access. The opportunities available for our younger staff members through the Young Professionals network, alongside the collaborative working with other credit unions, will help strengthen Knowsley Mutual in the future. “
