Consumer Credit Awards 2025 Finalists Announced Ahead of Next Week’s Results

Finalists have been revealed for this year’s Consumer Credit Awards, with winners set to be announced next week.

Now in their tenth year, the Consumer Credit Awards, run by Smart Money People, celebrate the best in the credit industry – based entirely on customer feedback. Over the past eleven weeks, consumers have been rating their providers and leaving reviews, with voting open until 11:59pm on Monday 15 July.

The awards recognise excellence across a range of categories, including Credit Union of the Year, Best Credit App, Customer Service Champion, Treating Customers Fairly Champion, Best Credit Union (North), Best Credit Union (South), and Best Credit Union Loan Provider, among others. The process puts customer experience at the heart of the judging – with no panels or expert judges, just real feedback from real people.
