Commsave Credit Union has unveiled an exciting new advertising campaign as part of its ambitious plans to grow its membership and strengthen its community impact. The campaign features innovative approaches to marketing and member engagement, ensuring the credit union remains committed to be accessible for even more people.
Interim CEO Richard Munro highlighted the credit union’s commitment to growth, saying: “Our board and staff have very ambitious growth plans, and recruiting new members will be key to our future success. We’ve invested in new areas of advertising, built a brand-new website, and revitalised our Workplace Ambassadors programme to help achieve our goals.”
The campaign includes a host of initiatives designed to reach potential members and engage existing ones, such as:
- New Website: A modern and user-friendly platform to enhance the member experience and attract new members.
- Workplace Ambassadors Programme: Refreshed and relaunched to strengthen connections within workplaces and encourage member referrals.
- Diverse Advertising Channels: Campaigns on local buses, Heart Radio, and new social media platforms to reach a wider audience.
- Member Referral Scheme with Big Prizes: Members can now refer family, friends, or colleagues and be entered into a prize draw to win £3,000, £2,000, or £1,000.
Commsave’s commitment to exceptional member service is evident in its 2023 annual members’ survey, where an impressive 98% of members said they would recommend the credit union to others. The new referral scheme provides an exciting opportunity for members to spread the word about Commsave’s benefits and potentially win significant prizes in the process.
This campaign is a testament to Commsave’s forward-thinking approach and dedication to expanding its reach while continuing to serve its members with care and innovation. Commsave continue to plan for new advertisements on local buses and radio.
