Working in partnership with Serve & Protect CU and credit union app specialists, CU AppsEnterprise Credit Union has launched its new mobile app to ensure members have access 24/7 from the comfort of their homes.

The app is fully integrated with the Credit Union’s core system and members can transact in all the normal ways within a totally secure environment. The app has maximised its interactivity and it includes access to their chat bot  “Bob” who can answer questions.

Serve and Protect is due to launch its app at the start of December and are refining the loan top up functionality which will support its members over the festive period.

Karen Bennett, CEO of Enterprise Credit Union, said the whole experience of working together has been really enjoyable, and key to launching the app in record time. “Working closely with Serve and Protect CU and CU Apps enabled us to share not only costs, but ideas, feedback from our members focus groups,  functionality and hopefully the shared success, as we see more and more members self-serving through the app from the comfort of their own homes.

Paul Norgrove, CEO of Serve and Protect CU, said: “Working on a proof of concept with others gave the project some real momentum, in what was a very simple but collaborative project. By sharing the varying skills and thoughts across the group we quickly arrived a demo solution that convinced us to move forward to implementation.

“Both CU Apps and Enterprise have continued to work with us in collaboration, but despite the nuances in how each credit union serves its members, collectively we have delivered a solution that is no doubt better than each organisation would have achieved working alone.”
