Cardiff and Vale Credit Union Becomes First GB Credit Union to Offer Accessibility Support

Cardiff and Vale Credit Union (CVCU) is proud to announce its partnership with Recite Me, becoming the first GB credit union to provide accessibility support for its members with Recite Me.

This collaboration emphasises CVCU’s commitment to diversity and inclusion, aligning with its Consumer Duty regulations to ensure an inclusive online experience for all members.

Incorporating Recite Me’s cutting-edge technology enables CVCU to break down barriers that over 25% of the population may face when accessing online content. These barriers include disabilities, learning difficulties, visual impairments, and language challenges for those who speak English as a second language.
