Advance Credit Union is delighted to announce the appointment of Faye Bailey as its new General Manager. This key promotion underscores the credit union’s dedication to fostering exceptional leadership and driving forward its mission to provide fair and accessible financial services for the community it serves.

Faye has been a valued member of the Advance team for almost 20 years and has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to improving the financial well-being of members. Her leadership skills, deep expertise, and passion for service made her the natural choice for this pivotal role.

Faye Bailey said: “I am honoured to step into the role of General Manager at Advance Credit Union. Over the years, I’ve witnessed the profound positive impact we have on our members’ financial resilience and overall well-being.

Faye will lead a dedicated team of 10 staff, supported by a voluntary and professional Board of Directors. Together, they ensure the credit union continues to deliver exceptional services while meeting regulatory and ethical standards.

Faye’s appointment comes at a crucial time as Advance strengthens its commitment to combating financial exclusion and supporting thousands of individuals and families in building financial security.
