The Association of British Credit Unions Limited (ABCUL) is pleased to announce that expressions of interest are open for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Key responsibilities of the CEO include:

• Leading with integrity, collaboration, and authenticity, setting the tone for a positive organisational culture and championing ethical business practices.
• Managing key stakeholder relationships and demonstrating strong lobbying and influencing skills to advocate for the credit union sector.
• Ensuring ABCUL has the right resources, structure, and strategy to deliver on its vision and future plans.
• Overseeing high-quality service delivery to members, ensuring that their needs are met with the utmost care and attention.
• Developing and implementing detailed operational and risk management plans to safeguard the organisation’s long-term success.
