ABCUL Impact Report Acknowledges Key Areas in Satisfaction for Members

The Association of British Credit Unions has published its impact report to highlight how ABCUL has been committed to its core mission of serving members to the best of its ability. The report highlights key areas in which the Association has delivered value for its members.

The Association of British Credit Unions has published its impact report to highlight how ABCUL has been committed to its core mission of serving members to the best of its ability. The report highlights key areas in which the Association has delivered value for its members.

“As the leading trade association in Great Britain for credit unions, ABCUL remains steadfast in its core mission to serve its member credit unions to the best of its ability so that they can each grow and develop,” says ABCUL CEO, Robert Kelly.

ABCUL’s annual credit union survey revealed that satisfaction levels with the Association continue to rise, with 97% of membership stating it would likely renew its membership, as well as 90% satisfied the Association provides services that are suitable for credit unions.

Following feedback from members, the Association launched its new website in January 2024, providing a significant upgrade in design, with all of the services and information, that members have come to expect with membership. The new web tool continues to provide many services to members, such as its 200+ information guide library, as well as the addition of powerful new tools for interaction and engagement with ABCUL and between member credit unions

In June 2024, ABCUL were awarded the award for Leadership in Technology Services category, due to its partnership with Culture 1872 (Performance Metrics), announce at the inaugural Consumer Duty Leadership Awards.

“ABCUL has delivered on a range of different strategic objectives in the last number of months, which are highlighted in this impact report,” Robert added.  “The Association strives for excellence across the credit union movement. With co-operation and collaboration in mind we will continue to do everything to support our members.
