ABCUL Annual Conference dates confirmed

This week, the Association is delighted to announce its first ever online conference will take place on Wednesday 10 and Thursday 11 March on a virtual conference platform.

ABCUL’s Annual Conference which takes place in March each year, is the largest gathering of credit union personnel in Britain. It attracts over 300 delegates and high-profile speakers nationally and internationally.

ABCUL CEO, Robert Kelly said: “The decision to move to an online platform was made in October 2020 given the ongoing uncertainty around what will be possible in the early part of next year. The move to an online conference presents huge opportunities to bring in a wider range of speakers, attract even more attendees and to deliver even more value to our members.

“Our ambition for the event is not to poorly imitate a face-to-face event, but to build the best possible online conference experience. We are working hard to finalise an informative and thought-provoking programme and we will be releasing details in the coming weeks.”
