1st Class Credit Union Wins Platinum Trusted Service Award
1st Class Credit Union is delighted to announce that it has been awarded a Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award for 2025, recognising its commitment to outstanding customer service throughout 2024. This achievement would not have been possible without its members valuable feedback and continued support.

1st Class Credit Union is delighted to announce that it has been awarded a Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award for 2025, recognising its commitment to outstanding customer service throughout 2024. This achievement would not have been possible without its members valuable feedback and continued support.
To win this award, 1st Class had to collect at least 50 reviews between 1 January 2024 and 31 December 2024 and achieve a Feefo service rating of between 4.5 and 5 for three consecutive years.
“Your honest reviews and ratings on Feefo have not only helped us win this prestigious award but have also enabled us to continuously improve our service,” said 1st Class. “Each piece of feedback you provide helps us understand what we’re doing right and where we can do even better.
“At 1st Class Credit Union, our members are at the heart of everything we do. This award is a testament to the trust you place in us, and it inspires us to keep raising the bar for the exceptional service you deserve.
