Earlier this year, 1st Class Credit Union announced that it was awarded a Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award for its customer service in 2024.
The Award gives a ‘stamp of approval’ for delivering excellent customer service and to win the credit union had to collect at least 50 member reviews between 1 January and 31 December 2023 and achieve a Feefo service rating of at least 4.5 for three consecutive years.
“Our Board of Directors and staff team were thrilled to be awarded the Platinum Service Award for the quality of member service provided,” said 1st Class Credit Union Chair, Bruce Davenport.
Bruce continued, “We believe that our approach of always putting members first allows our credit union to flourish and aids our membership in feeling valued. We also try to honour the principles of Consumer Duty every day. It is our members’ opinions we value the most, and it is amazing to have this trusted certification to know we are delivering a truly 1st Class service.”
Announcing the award, the credit union thanked its members for making the award a reality by sharing feedback and ratings with Feefo and for delivering this vote of confidence in the credit union. 1st Class Credit Union told its members: “It means a lot to us because it’s based on your honest, valuable feedback and, ultimately, keeping you happy is why we come to work each day.
We wanted you to know that we continue to be committed to listening to, understanding and responding to your feedback, and delivering the highest quality of service.”
