In today’s webinar, Antony Valori, ANDYSMANCLUB area lead, will explain how and why Andy’s Man Club was established, provide some stats around men’s mental health and suicide in the UK, and explore the stigmas surrounding men’s mental health. Antony will also provide insight into the journey Andy’s Man Club have been on over the last 7/8 years, share his own personal journey with Mental Health and emphasise the importance of talking as a way of dealing with mental health struggles.

Andy’s Man Club are a men’s suicide prevention charity, offering free-to-attend peer-to-peer support groups across the United Kingdom and online. Their mission is to end the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and help men through the power of conversation.
