Does anyone know how to complete the Tax Residency Form? We are a small, simple CU who pay tax on our investment income in the UK. Nothing else!

The Bank of Scotland have returned the form twice saying “conflicting classifications selected” and “we do not offer tax advice, seek independent advice”.

Any free advice would be much appreciated.
