Solaris(Engage) Charge for Non-Supply of KYC Docs

    Good morning.

    We have received notification from Solaris bank that we are being charged a £25 fee for not supplying Solaris/Contis/Engage with KYC information for our Engage card holders in line with our contract. There was a deadline of 31 Dec 24. They have stated this will be taken from the balance of our funding account before the outstanding amount is sent back as we requested.

    Have you sent your KYC for your card holders and if not, have you had the same notification?

    I would like to discuss the issue with Solaris but the email if from a ‘No-Reply’ email address.

    Grateful for any thoughts on this.
