Has anyone else (Sercle user) had the new Sercle Master Services Agreement into their inbox? Has anyone the resource or wherewithal to have a legal eye over it, the results of which they would be willing to share?

I have asked for a copy of the previous agreement for comparison (not holding me breath!) plus a breakdown on the difference in costs and services to previous year.

Not sure I have the energy to read the whole blooming thing – but read it I must….
