Hello all,

Is there a credit union on this discussion board which successfully receives Universal Credit payments, with the bank reference containing the membership number? We have worked with Experian and have established that our bank account is able to receive UC payments. However, the missing piece of the jigsaw is how we get a member to switch their UC payment and how to get the membership number inserted into the bank reference. Is there a template letter which the member has to complete and send to DWP? Can the switch be done online by the member?

Any help with this greatly appreciated! Thank you.
