    Hi there

We have a customer how is 91 years old, his daughter has power of attorney. She is asking is she can set up online access to his account, we’re left unsure on whether or not this is something we can or should allow.

Does anyone have any insights or previous experience in a situation like this? What did you do? Is this something we should be cautious of are do we not need to worry as she has power of attorney?

    Thanks in advance!
