Payments being made to account of deceased member

We are receiving payments into our Lloyds Current Account for the account of a member who is now deceased. Although we have a name we have no other contact details for the person paying in. Any suggestions as to how we can contact them to advise of the situation and get the payments stopped and returned? Thank You. Thanks for the suggestions – we solved the problem by getting (from Lloyds) the account number and sort code of the account sending the payment and then making a payment to this account with the reference “Please Phone the Credit Union”.
