We are seeing an increase in affordability claims from a company based in Bolton. The selection we are receiving appears to have a link with members who are going through the IVA process, and in some cases the members themselves are not aware that this is happening.

We are trying to get a better understanding of the process and if there is a link to the Insolvency service in order to escalate our concerns to the correct parties.

If you have had contact from Malone and White solicitors and the paperwork seems to be linked to an IVA, please could you reach out to members@abcul.org in order for us to build a case to take to the practitioners and the Financial Ombudsman Service.
