Irresponsible lending complaint.

    Good afternoon everyone, we have recently received a few complaints from a company called Sanderson Drake regarding irresponsible lending. I have responded with the template provided by Abcul but 3 of these have now been sent to the Ombudsman. Has anyone else had similar issues with this company.
