Has anybody had an issue with amending Directory Person information for a person grandfathered from the old Controlled Function regime?

When trying to make an application to Amend Directory Person, I cannot find locate any of the individuals who were moved across from the old system when Connect was introduced.

Newer individuals who were entered on Connect are located with ease.

Is there someone we have to speak to at the FCA to resolve this? Trying to not to re-invent the wheel and am sure someone must have tripped over this before.
