FCA – Firm Detail Attestation

The FCA contacted credit unions (on the 27th November) with a 30th September year end date to inform them that they are due to submit their Firm Details Attestation (FDA) by 23 December 2024. If your submission is not completed prior to this date, it will be subject to a Late Return Fee of £250.
If you have not received the communication from the FCA please check your spam/junk folder.
Credit Unions must log into Connect, check and amend (if required), and confirm your firm details. Even if your firm details have not changed since the previous year you must log in and confirm that the details are accurate.
