FCA Complaints Return Survey

    Good morning everyone,

    The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is currently reviewing the information that firms are required to submit. As part of this review, the FCA is focusing on the complaints return, which is submitted annually. The FCA has asked us to gather opinions from our members regarding the current submission process and any potential improvements that could be made. This is part of their initial review before any formal consultation is published.

    The Advocacy and Regulatory Affairs team kindly asks all individuals responsible for and experienced in completing this return to participate in our survey. All data collected will be aggregated and anonymised unless consent is given for the FCA to contact you directly. Thank you to all those who have already completed this survey.

    The survey will close at 5 pm on Monday, 24th of June.
