Fair4All Funding – Section 42(8) of the Subsidy Control Act 2022

    Hi there,

    Citysave tend not to get massive amounts of grants / funding so this is a bit of a new area for me. Fair4all intend to award us a sum of money but they want confirmation of:

    • Please could you complete the following table to list any SPEIA, MFA or other comparable subsidy (see section 42(8) of the Subsidy Control Act 2022) received from 1st April 2022 and/or expected to be received by the end of the financial year in April 2025. We have included an example so you can see the level of detail that we would be looking for but please do let us know should you have any questions.

    I have had a go at looking at the Subsidy Control Act but I am going in circles. Can anyone give their take on this? Are people just including anything and everything? I imagine there is a level of interpretation needed?
