Hi, I know there was a discussion on here previously about the Engage Cards/service provided by Solaris, which I can’t find now, typical! I’m not sure if there were any suggestions for other prepaid cards? Basically, we’re receiving member grumbles about the length of time it takes to get through to them, the service offered when they try to contact them and the costs, and was wondering if there were any other prepaid cards available?
