Our board has asked us to consider offering employee benefits. We currently have self funded sick pay enhancement. They have in mind:

    – Death in Service benefits

    – Income protection insurance

Does anybody have any experience of offering either of these who would be prepared to advise me of the supplier they use and the sort of rough costs they may be paying for such benefits.

    Thanks in advance.
