Just some information in regards to if your waiting for a response to a Debt Relief Order objection. We have had 2 successes recently, but awaiting response from one objected to 7 months ago. Today I chased the insolvency service and received the following message:

I refer to your hastening email of 30 April 2024.

I apologize that you have not been kept up-to-date with developments in this matter.

The case was referred last August for enforcement. The Official Receiver does not any examiners allocated to * for Debt Relief Order (DRO) investigation purposes. Any examiner resource must be drawn from those working in the bankruptcy and company insolvency side of the Insolvency Service. Unfortunately, there is extremely limited resource there and although your case was referred there, it was not deemed serious enough to warrant allocation of the very limited resource. The case has therefore been placed in the enforcement pool until/if resource is available.

Our objection was on a fraud basis, which was clearly evident. We initially sent over the required documentation they asked for to support the case, and now apparently is not deemed ‘IMPORTANT’
