Hi, we would like to hear if you have successfully disputed a direct debit indemnity claim or if you would like to share any useful information on this subject. We had a recent claim for a member who had previously closed his Savings account and it has created a debt that the member now owes. His bank say they cannot talk to us about the claim dispute without a signed consent form from the member. We have requested the member sign and return this but it is unlikely he will do that as he says it has nothing to do with him. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
