As part of our business plan review, we are researching our loan products by analysing our internal data and reviewing competitor offerings (other lenders plus credit unions).

This research aims to optimise current and future loan products, increase member usage, and improve financial returns.

To support this project, I would like to find any credit union that has conducted similar research and would be willing to share a summary of their findings or brief research methodology.
