Co-op have made a change so that payments from co-op bank a/c to another co-op bank a/c can’t have a reference on them. This means deposits from a co-op a/c to ours have an automatically generated ref so the payment ends up in the suspense account as we don’t get a member ref to allocate it. Anyone else finding this a problem?
