Good Morning,

Here at NEFirst if a customer mid Family Loan changes their CB back to themselves we have a system in place to reclaim the CB to ourselves, results using this method have dried up of late.

I was recently informed on the QT by a member of HMRC staff that their now policy is that they only deal with the claimant and no third parties.

How are you dealing with this?, do we need to become an Appointee/Paid agent?

Your thoughts would be appreciated.
