For many years we have used Santander for making bulk payments to members. This has been very useful for returning excess CHB payments to members, as there are hundreds of these each Monday and Tuesday. Santander have offered this as a free service, but it can be unreliable at times, and we are currently going through a lengthy KYC process with them – they just don’t understand what credit unions are!

We also have a Co-op account, and can make bulk uploads there, but they want to charge us 35p per transaction.

Does anyone know of another bank which offers a free bulk upload service, or at least significantly cheaper than Co-op?
