Dear esteemed ABCUL members,

I would like to seek feedback whether your credit union has associate directorships arrangement for prospective board members to gain experience on the board or for potential board members who may not be able to commit the time yet as board members. The associate directors do not take full corporate responsibilities, e.g. no voting rights.

If yes, appreciate if you could share whether any changes required in the credit union rules, and how this is reflected in the rules. Thank you
