Good morning everyone

I am finding that its getting harder and harder to get payments from members , I know times are tough for a lot of people and its been like that for a long time …. usually I try to get in touch with member as soon as they go into arrears and I get payments quickly , not from everyone but it does work a lot of the time , but it seems that right now , they are either completely ignoring the contact by text , message or phone more an more , or promised payments dont arrive …..is this just me ??
