Hi all

Just thought I would say that I have never attended a session at conference before where it was standing room only and people where trying to get in to see what the noise was about!

I think the session with Penny was amazing (and I am the most cynical person you can find on ‘feel good’ sessions). But I learned a lot. Not sure about the power posing though…

It made me think that what the conference needs going forwards is to move away from end of day drinks receptions and instead do a conference ‘wind down’ fun session with collective singing, ABBA dancing, Chicago musical dancing (I have done all three in the past – can’t you tell?); anything that can be done in a large group that is fun.

I think a lot of people would be up for an hour of wind down activity at the end of the day.
