A recent members’ survey conducted by West Country Savings & Loans shows that 100% of membership would recommend the credit union to a friend or family member.
Marketing Coordinator at WCSL, Sally Dyer suggests that, “the results of our survey are a great reflection of how hard our front line team works to support members”.
The purpose of the survey was to establish an understanding of membership and how to improve their service. This was distributed to members who in the final quarter of 2018 and first quarter of 2019 have opened new savings accounts and taken out a loan with the credit union.
Overall, around 35% of members replied to the survey and in addition, 75% of all respondents rated their experience as ‘excellent’, which is again a testament to how well the team at WCSL supports their membership.
Sally was overwhelmed how positive the results were and added that “I worked in financial services for 12 years before joining WSL and haven’t seen customer response rates this high for a non-incentivised survey. I think it shows members are invested in the credit union and want it to do well”.
General Manager of WCSL, Jackie Simpson is ‘delighted’ with the results and acknowledges her dedicated staff for the valued service they provide for members. Jackie said: “I am overwhelmed with the results and am very proud that our members would recommend our services to close friends and family members.
“I would like to thank everyone working past and present at WCSL as they have all contributed to these important results. We will continue to provide our excellent service to the community in the many years to come”.
