A detailed case study of the challenges and benefits of close partnership working between credit unions and advice agencies.  The findings from this report fed directly into the Connect project between ABCUL and Citizens Advice to foster closer, local ties between credit unions and Citizen’s Advice Bureaux.

The Credit Union Current Account – Liverpool John Moores University 

A research report that influenced the development of a more user friendly and flexible current account product - the Credit Union Current Account.
